10-minute Bedroom Floor Mobility Session for Beginners (follow along)
This 10-minute bodyweight mobility session helps to alleviate the squeeze and tightness you usually get from sitting too long or normal movement sessions.
Follow along in the morning when you wake up or to stretch out through the day.
Many countries are implementing social distancing rules to stop the spread of COVID19 (Coronavirus), that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t keep moving. Take some time for yourself, breath and make some empty space for movement.
Day 10 #repsforrona session (empty space):
– Static lunge with arm raise
– Child pose
– Cobra/surfboard get up
– Squat reach
– Back rolls/swap legs
– 30 seconds on for each exercise, 30 seconds off, 2 rounds
