10-minute Bodyweight Back & Shoulders Bedroom Workout (follow along)

Back and shoulders are two of the harder muscle groups to train using only bodyweight movements. Not to worry, this 10-minute workout will get those shoulders and traps pumping.

Many countries are implementing social distancing rules to stop the spread of COVID19 (Coronavirus), that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t keep moving.

Day 9 #repsforrona workout (leadership):
– Push backups
– Superman (reverse banana) holds
– Superman dead stops
– Superman, W, Y, T’s (wrestling yellow tigers)
– T pushups
– 30 seconds on for each exercise, 30 seconds off, 2 rounds
