Backyard Bodyweight & Callisthenics Workout | Live Recording

My first YouTube live video! This workout was recorded live from my backyard.

I usually do this type of workout at least 2-3 times per week.

I’ve found the gymnastic rings to be an invaluable tool in my upper body development. Get yourself a pair and start hanging off some trees!

My workout:

5 sets of 6 reps of ring dips.
(superset with)
5 sets of 10 reps of parallel bar push ups.

3 sets of 10 breath handstand hold.

3 sets of 10 reps of bodyweight ring pulls.
(superset with)
3 sets of 10 reps of stick lunges.

1-minute rest in between each set.
