This 10-minute lower body bodyweight workout can be performed anywhere, including your bedroom whilst on self-isolation. Use it to create a strong foundation and then build upon it.

– Squats
– Forward lunges
– Reverse lunges
– Squat jumps
– Glute thrusts
– 30 seconds on for each exercise, 30 seconds off, 2 rounds
