COVID19 10-minute Bodyweight Bedroom Workout (follow along)

Many countries are implementing social distancing rules to stop the spread of COVID19 (Coronavirus), that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t keep moving.

This 10-minute workout can be performed anywhere, including your bedroom.

Remember, the goal isn’t to exhaust yourself, it’s to get your blood flowing, break a small sweat and get on with distancing yourself from the public.

Day 1 #repsforrona (keep moving):
– Pushups
– Kicksits
– Lunges
– Bodyweight squats
– 30 seconds on for each exercise, 30 seconds off, 2 rounds
