Functional Friday | Raw Training Australia
Joey and I went to our friend’s gym. The focus was mobility and function.
In a nutshell:
30 minutes of mobility work (stretching and yoga)
6 x bodyweight squats x 10
6 x 10 box jumps
Various types of pullups/muscle ups/monkey bar work
Each working set of exercises had about 1.5 minutes in between. Squats were supersetted with box jumps.
