Got a chair? Try this 10-minute bodyweight only upper body workout

This 10-minute upper body bodyweight workout can be performed anywhere, including your bedroom, all you need is a chair.

Many countries are implementing social distancing rules to stop the spread of COVID19 (Coronavirus), that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t keep moving.

Remember, the goal isn’t to exhaust yourself, it’s to get your blood flowing, break a small sweat and get on with distancing yourself from the public.

Day 4 #repsforrona workout:
– Push-ups (shout out to Antonio for the challenge)
– Tricep dips (with a chair)
– Plank get-ups
– Downward dog push-ups
– Bear crawls
– 30 seconds on for each exercise, 30 seconds off, 2 rounds
