How to deal with imposter syndrome

Imposter syndrome happens when the narrative you tell yourself doesn’t match up with the one you’re living out. It never goes away but there are ways you can deal with it.

In this video, I share some tips which help me turn imposter syndrome from a weakness into a strength. The main one being using imposter syndrome as fuel. Fuel to get better.

Imposter syndrome means you aware of your abilities. And when you’re aware of your abilities, you know when there’s an opportunity to improve. It means you know when to say, ‘Hey, I’m not the best for this, I could use your help.’

If imposter syndrome has held you back in the past, remind yourself, you’re not an imposter, you’re you.
