How to go from tired to energized in 5-minutes (follow along workout)

Short on time? Short on energy? This 5-minute full-body session will leave you with more energy than you started.

Beware: Don’t do this too close to bedtime (otherwise you won’t sleep).

Day 29 #repsforrona (why not do the opposite?):
– Face slaps x 10 (5 each hand)
– Strikes x 10 (5 each hand)
– Kicks x 10 (5 each leg)
– Kicksits x 5
– Burpees x 5
– Repeat for 5-minutes, no rest

This was recorded during the COVID-19 lockdowns. Being indoors doesn’t mean you have to stop moving. Stay safe, keep moving.
