Leg Day at World Gym Northlakes ft. Ben Jones Fitness

Ben and I checked out one of the biggest gyms in our home city.

My training has been varied lately whilst trying to maintain a physique capable of performing in any environment.

This leg day we went back to basics and tried out some of the cool new toys available at World Gym Northlakes.

WORKOUT:
All exercises except the sled and kettlebell swings involved a warmup set of ~60% of max before 3 working sets of 10 reps.

1. Hip Thrusters
2. Back Squats
3. Hack Squats
4. Stiff-Legged Deadlift with Dumbbells (superset)
5. Extensions
6. Sled Sprints
7. Kettlebell Swings
