Simple (but very difficult) Morning Home Workout

This simple yet effective morning home workout is helping Justin and I in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu arena, stay shredded and get stronger.

3 rounds of:
– 1-minute battle ropes
– 1-minute medicine ball throws
– 1-minute burpees
– 1-minute pull-ups
– 1-minute rest
Complete as many reps as you can in the 1-minute of exercise. Rest is okay if your form is breaking down.

– 2 rounds of 50m farmers walk with 20kg water jugs (can substitute for kettlebells or dumbbells)

The best thing about this kind of workout is you can finish it in under 20-minutes and get on with the rest of your day feeling f*cking amazing.
