I did this little circuit in Orange Hostel San Francisco. All you need is your body and gravity.

20 pushups
20 squats
45 seconds rest
Repeat 5 times

20 lunges
20 hands to knees
10 tricep dips
45 seconds rest
Repeat 5 times

30-seconds hollow hold
30-seconds reverse hollow hold
10 side plank twists (5 per arm)
20 seconds rest
Repeat for 6-minutes total time
