Human-out-of-the-loop artificial intelligence removes a person from routine execution after goals, permissions and quality criteria are established. In coding, an agent can implement, test and revise a bounded task before presenting the result for later review.
Removing humans from implementation does not mean removing governance. The workflow needs independent checks, bounded actions, observable evidence and a clear escalation path when the agent cannot satisfy the specification or encounters uncertainty.
