A claim-evidence graph is a map showing which sources connect to each conclusion. It can also show when a source disagrees, adds a condition, or simply repeats information from somewhere else.
For example, clicking one report claim could reveal two supporting studies and one conflicting result. A reviewer can then see why the system reached its conclusion instead of trusting a polished paragraph alone.
