Armanas Povilionis frames collaborative scientific work as a coordination problem: data, analytical methods and compute belong to different organizations. An agent needs to discover available services, negotiate terms and retain evidence of what was agreed and executed, rather than merely call another tool.
Armanas Povilionis presents Froglet's provider, requester and marketplace roles. A requester discovers a service and then deals directly with its provider, with signed descriptors, offers, quotes, agreements and execution receipts tying the interaction together. Cryptographic integrity makes the transaction traceable; it does not prove that a scientific result is correct.
Armanas Povilionis demonstrates a small remote computation and an agent-facing integration using the same service flow. The example separates discovery from execution and illustrates reusable cross-organization coordination. Broader agent-commerce possibilities remain an architectural outlook, not evidence of universal adoption.
