The video first tests the anonymous Ox Alpha model inside OpenCode. AICodeKing highlights its strong results on visual benchmark tasks, its large context window and its ability to produce a responsive landing page with coherent hierarchy, spacing and motion from a conventional coding prompt.
Raw prompting still leaves room for generic AI design patterns. Open Design addresses that problem by giving the model a structured workflow with design skills, reusable visual systems and explicit rules for palette, typography, spacing, components and motion instead of relying on a vague request for a polished site.
A second demonstration combines Ox Alpha with an editorial design system to produce an AI music product page. The resulting interface keeps its typography, spacing rhythm, accent treatment and responsive structure consistent across a long page while avoiding excessive cards, gradients and generic AI imagery.
Open Design outputs real HTML and CSS rather than a flat mockup, so the artifact can be edited, exported and handed to a coding agent for integration into a React, Next.js or Vue project. The host also cautions that Ox Alpha is an anonymous model whose provider and future pricing were unknown, so sensitive code should not be entrusted to it solely on the basis of temporary access claims.
